When you request a demo or browse remotefort.com, Remote Fort B.V. is the controller. When you run the product, you are the controller of customer content and we are the processor. The DPA is the contract that binds that second relationship.
Data subject rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection are handled from privacy@remotefort.com. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.
Retention
Tenant data follows the customer contract and deletion request. Marketing and website logs follow shorter schedules documented in the privacy policy. Backups age out on a rolling window.
Transfers
Default processing for the product is in the EU. Where a subprocessor is outside the EEA, we use a DPA plus Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
